Stornierungsbedingungen

Wir möchten, dass du mit Gewissheit buchen kannst und wissen viel zu gut, dass es oft anders kommt, als geplant. Deshalb akzeptieren wir Ticketstornierungen unter folgenden Bedingungen:

Für den Fall, dass du verhindert bist, kann in jedem Fall an deiner Stelle eine andere Person teilnehmen. Schreibe uns einfach eine E-Mail an info@25p-classes.de und teile uns deinen Namen und das Datum der gebuchten Veranstaltung sowie den Namen, die Adresse & E-Mailadresse der/des neuen Teilnehmer/in mit.

Sofern wir als Veranstalter für den Workshop kurzfristig eine/n andere/n Teilnehmer/in finden konnte, kann der gezahlte Beitrag für die Teilnahme bei einem anderen Workshop bei 25p *classes gutgeschrieben werden.

Kann kein/e Ersatzteilnehmer/in für die Veranstaltung gefunden werden, gelten folgende Stornierungsbedingungen:

Bis zu 7 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn sind lediglich 15% des Teilnahmegebühr zu zahlen
Im Zeitraum von 7 bis 1 Tag vor Kursbeginn sind 50% der Teilnahmegebühr zu entrichten.
Bei einer Stornierung am Tag vor Kursbeginn sowie Nichterscheinen ist der Kursbeitrag in Höhe von 100% zu zahlen.

Cancellation Policy

We want you to be able to book with certainty and we know all too well that things often turn out differently than planned. Therefore we accept ticket cancellations under the following conditions:

In case you are unable to attend, another person can attend in your place. Just write us an email to info@25p-classes.de and tell us your name and the date of the booked event as well as the name, address & email address of the new participant.

If we as the organizer could find another participant for the workshop at short notice, the paid fee can be credited for participation in another workshop at 25p *classes.

If no substitute participant can be found for the event, the following cancellation conditions apply:

Up to 7 days before the start of the event, only 15% of the participation fee is to be paid
In the week before the start of the course (7-1 day before) 50% of the participation fee must be paid.
In case of cancellation a day before the start of the course, as well as no-show, the course fee is to be paid in full.
